All information provided by SettleIn, including AI-generated responses, guides, and tools, is for informational purposes only. It does not constitute legal, financial, medical, or immigration advice. Always consult qualified professionals for decisions affecting your legal status, health, or finances.
4. User Accounts
You may create an account to access additional features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information and are responsible for all activity under your account.
5. User Content
By posting content in the community feed, you grant SettleIn a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display your content on the platform. You retain ownership of your content. You must not post content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or violates any third party rights.
6. Document Scanner
Documents uploaded to the scanner are processed by AI for translation and explanation. We do not permanently store uploaded documents. However, you should not upload highly sensitive documents containing passwords, financial credentials, or classified information.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, design, code, and features of SettleIn are the intellectual property of Arek Yasulkal. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the service without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
SettleIn is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including reliance on AI-generated information. Regulations in Turkey change frequently — always verify critical information with official sources.
